Hi there! Congrats on the house hunting. Great time to be buying so I hope you get a smoking-good deal.

Not sure if I’ll get to Watchmen before it is out on video or pay-per-view. That is where I have been watching most of my movies lately, just so much more cost-effective when you multiply theater prices times 4 and add the concessions.

Good to hear from you again! I have started starting blog entries when they are nothing more than a fleeting idea. Some I abandon after not liking the way they start to unfold and others end up being posts sometimes weeks after I start them. I have even sent myself an email from my phone to capture an idea for a future blog. I try to have several nearly ready to publish to help me with my goal of at least 1 blog a week and more if I have enough to say. I have even started a dedicated photo blog (only 1 entry right now, LOL) at blog.FlowingDesert.com to keep my photography company (FlowingDesert.com)

Thanks for the advice on the cucumber. I will have to remember that for next time, if there is a next time. You would figure I would know better since I live in a desert after all.

I actually don’t run the stairs either. *grin* I only started running in April as a way to get in shape and drop a few pounds. I discovered I loved it. When I started I could barely run 30 seconds at a time. Now I am up to 3 miles. It takes a lot of work, but the rewards are worth it.

I was curious about you siggy and it took me here.
If you want my advice, use cucumber peels on the burned patches of skin. It takes away the sting and it cools the heat. I am impressed with your running. I can’t even run up a flight of stairs, but it’s not for lack of trying. See you on the forum.

Your no more insane than the rest of us =) We’ve all signed up for races and had second thoughts. You will be fine. Keep plugging away at your miles. You have plenty of time between now and Eugene. And yes, you’ll have plenty of support from all of us.
