Well back at work March 27, 2007

My vacation is over and I am back at work.  3 weeks after this one until I go to the Fraud dept.  I am beyond thrilled.  I will miss working with my friends, but the change is needed to keep my sanity. 

I came back from Vegas with 400 of the 1000 I took with me to gamble, so not a total loss.  But my dart board is still not up which is annoying.  I am starting to think it was worthless to even ask for it, because I won’t ever be able to use it.  I have not played darts since December because of my work schedule, and the board was susposed to help with that, but that plan has been a bust so far.

So we made it to Vegas today.  We are here for 9 days.  As usual when after we checked in to the hotel, Cindi and I headed over to the Gold Coast to play.  I broke even playing poker, but I won 150 playing bingo.  Not bad for our first night.

So I will finally be off the phones.  I got a position in the Fraud department at my company.  I will be working cases that the phone department sends though.  No calls ever again.  *happy dance* I start on April 24th.  5 weeks of training which should be cake.  It will be second shift, so I get an extra 10% in pay.  I love the hours.  4pm to 1230am.  Outstanding hours for a night owl such as myself.
