Running again October 21, 2008
Posted by Staci in : Running , trackbackWell I decided to start running again. I have missed it, and while I still lack motivation I forced myself to use my treadmill after work tonight. Since it has been so long since I ran, I restarted the C25K program that I used in the past. Tonight was Week 1 Day 1. I went 1.17 miles in 20 minutes. Not bad considering how long it has been. My legs are a bit sore, but I feel really good because I finished the run. Now to keep it up.
