Ok this was a bit tough. Maybe I should have taken today as a rest day since I did that longer run on Saturday. I had to stop 2x during the run to stretch my calf muscles due to cramps. I did find some podcasts online that are designed to help a runner keep there pace better. I tried it out tonight and I will say it did seem to help. when I look at the data from my Garmin there are no major spikes like I normally see during my run.
