Well I did it. I was only supposed to run 30 minutes but, I decided to run 3.1 miles or a 5k. It was on my TM but it was still further then I have ever ran before. I will be honest when I say I did not run the whole thing. I ran 2 miles, walked 0.50, and then ran the last 0.60 I did increase my pace during part of the last segment too. I thought I was going to either throw up or pass out toward the end, but I did it. My PR for a 5k has now been set at 52.06 minutes. Really slow I know, but it is under an hour!
