Posted by Staci in : Running , trackbackThe first 10 minutes or so were “The Suck” to quote the 30’s. But after I got more comfortable in my stride it went really well. I know I could have kept going but I am sticking to the 30 minutes in the plan for D1 and D2. Day 3 is the day I am going to run for distance instead of time.
