Posted by Staci in : Running , trackbackOk I did W8D2 today. It took a lot of effort for me to even start running today. I kept looking for excuses not to run. But then I went to the 30’s thread and got inspired so off to the treadmill I went. I did the whole 28 minutes with out stopping. while running I was also considering what training program to do after I finish this one next week. I might do a 5k program or the OHR program. I am not sure yet.
