This went so much better then I expected. I started out at a slower pace the normal and held that pace for the majority of the run. The last two minutes I pushed up to my normal pace. I think if I had stated at the slower pace I could have done 30 minutes.

Great stuff Staci,Isnt it amazing how the body adapts.I have mirrored your progress as many others have also.the key i think is giving the body enough time to adapt.Keep up the great work!
