Posted by Staci in : Running , trackbackI am really glad I did week 3 over again. I finished the whole program, but I know I would not have been able to finish the long run in week 4 yet. This was a good run. No knee pain, and no major shortness of breath.
1.46 miles in 28 minutes. This included the 5 minute warm up as well as an extra 5 minute cool down.
